The news undoubtedly is one of those sensational: it seems that it is not at all sure that the citizens of Vasto will hope to build "safe" under the new master plan recently approved by the Administration City last November. In fact, the new legislation seems to be working on more than one office as the City recognizes that the new technical standards for implementation (this is the specific term) refer to the maps of the PRG in 2001 and the relief is not at all indifferent since all environmental regulations, such as the Environment Act came into force subsequently. Basically it's a tratterrebbe Prg stillborn as "hooked" on zoning outdated for some time (well a decade) and, moreover, not "in line" with the new environmental laws. It remains to see why they wanted the municipal offices also approve the resolution for the variation of the plan despite the opinion strongly against the Province of Chieti and the region in defiance of their opposition not only due to shortage of opinions, but even they are also exposed to other types of relief if it is true, as it is was said in the City Council, a private with the new rules was found along ... expropriated land, it has spelled out the City Council complete with a formal warning that without so far there has been no turning back. It is therefore no evidence that this issue has aroused the interest of the competent authorities as if the new building codes actually prove invalid, the damage would be devastating for both the permissions granted for those not granted with enormous potential damages that can be safely applied. Complaints have already been sent to all the organs of jurisdiction and at all levels of government as well as the judicial authorities to check the structural irregularities and decide the measures necessary and urgent.
