Un documento sulla crisi libica in difesa della democrazia e della libertà del popolo contro il dittatore Muammar Gheddafi è stato approvato all'unanimità dalla direzione nazionale di Italia Unita che si è riunita a San Salvo sotto la presidenza di Antonio Turdò. In tema di elezioni amministrative è stato annunciato che il movimento presenterà una propria lista alle elezioni provinciali di Campobasso mentre per quelle di comunali di Vasto è annunciata la partecipazione all'incontro programmato per lunedì prossimo "In order to listen to the various spirits of the center and check out the programmatic aspects." With regard to elections in the municipalities of Castiglione Messer Marino, Carunchio, Tufillo, Dogliola and Fraine the national leadership has invited leaders "to spend in the first person to give hope to the need for change that work against the degradation and the ' abandonment of mountain communities. " On the proposal of the regional coordinator of Molise, Pasquale Lollino, was given a mandate to the national president to take any useful initiative in defense of the hospital "Caracciolo" Agnone.
